02. Lesson Booking
How do I book a lesson after buying a course?
- After you buy a course you will receive a code
- When you want to book a lesson, go the 'Book Lessons' page and select the lesson duration (20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes)
- Select the name of the teacher or select 'Any teacher available' if you have no preference
- Choose the date and time you want your lesson
- After choosing the date and time, click 'Continue'
- Enter a name if you are not booking for yourself, click 'Continue'
- You have successfully booked your lesson!

What is the difference between 'BUY A COURSE' and 'BOOK LESSONS'?
- The 'PURCHASE COURSE' page is where you purchase courses and lessons
- After you have bought a course you can book your lessons on the 'BOOK LESSONS' page
- The 'BOOK LESSONS' page is where you book a date and time when you would each lesson to take place (see above)

How can I view my booked lessons?
- You can see your past and future lessons by clicking on 'MY LESSONS'
How can I change or cancel my booked lessons?
- You can change your booked lessons from the 'MY LESSONS' page
- To reschedule, click the reschedule button and follow the steps to reschedule

- When you want to book a lesson, go the 'Book Lessons' page and select the lesson duration (20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes)

- Select your time zone then choose the date and time you want your lesson
- After choosing the date and time, click 'Recurring'
- You will then be able to select which date and time you want for your recurring lesson

How can I book more than one lesson?
- When you want to book a lesson, go the 'Book Lessons' page and select the lesson duration (20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes)

- After choosing the date and time, click 'Choose additional time'
- You will then be able to choose a date and time for another lesson
- Repeat this process to book as many lessons as you need

How can I synchronise my booked lessons to iCalendar/Outlook?
You are be able to add lessons to your iCalendar or Outlook calendar after booking:
- Click the 'Add to iCal/Outlook Calendar' button on the booking confirmation email.

How can I view all my Google documents? (whiteboards, course information & profile)
- Click on 'My Profile' page
